The scientific study of the large scale properties of the universe as a whole

I'm mostly interested in the early universe cosmology which is concentrated on the dynamics of the very beginning of the universe. Specifically, I focus on inflationary models as a concordant scenario of the early universe.

Research

Early Universe Cosmology

The chronology of the universe describes the history and future of the universe according to Big Bang cosmology. The metric expansion of space is estimated to have begun 13.8 billion years ago.


Large Scale Structure of the Universe

"Large-scale structure" refers to the characterization of distributions of matter on the largest scales (typically on the order of billions of light-years). A robust and accurate understanding of the gravitational clustering of Matter is one of the main goals of cosmology.
